Several months ago I placed a $4,000 deposit on an ERay. Per their terms a customer may get a full refund if the order is cancelled before the build starts. I was number 810 on the list so delivery was at least a year off. I cancelled my buy on March 5 and asked for my refund. Since then I continue to get e mails that the check is “in the mail” . Horrible service department!!!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would cost and when I picked it up it was $200 more for two of the items). Then he doesn’t even answer the questions I ask or do anything to fix it! Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a 2021 c8 Corvette from MacMulkin. Customer service and communication was top notch from the day I gave my deposit to the day I picked up my car. Special recognition to Tommy Thompson Jr, Shane Malone and Mark M. for going beyond the call of duty.

Stay away from any GM vehicles. My 4-year-old Chevy Equinox shut itself down the other day due to the PCV failing causing the rear main valve to fail. GM was sued over this problem which they then had to do a recall but didn't included my vehicle. Instead of fixing the problem they still sold these vehicles with the problem. I bought the extended warranty on the advice of the sales rep. That should have been a red flag but without knowing that they were still having issues, I never questioned it!

⚠️ Warning!This company does not care about first responders. If you're a first responder, do not waste your time with this dealership. Macmulkin does not want to sell a vehicle to a first responder simply because they will make more money selling it to someone else. I raised this question to manager (Tony Dillberg) that they would rather sell the vehicle to someone other than a first responder because they would would make more money and he said YES, you are correct. I purchased a Certified Preowned car from MacMulkin Chevrolet. They claimed the car went through a 172-point inspection. This is a scam. I found a number of problems with the car including a loose steering connection and problems with the rear brakes all of which had “passed” the certification inspection. Then there is the communication problem, they do not like to communicate. A miserable experience.

Customer service is terrible here!!! They seemed overwhelmed with vehicles. They NEVER call to update you on the status of your car. Planned on purchasing a new 2019 Corvette C7 Grand Sport from MacMulkin for my birthday this month, but found significant tire damage, with deep grooves, raised fibers and embedded dirt on the tire, consistent with a "burn out" indicating stress on the transmission. Showed pictures to two mechanics, one a race car driver, who both confirmed that it was physically impossible that the car tires were not spun. When you call the dealership the receptionist says all sales people are very busy and someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Someone does call back but they are only trained on general questions. I took my Escalade in to be checked for two issues. They charge $118 each to evaluate an issue. One of issues was a check engine light that keeps cycling on and off with lean codes. I explained I had taken it to my local mechanic five times and it is always a lean code even though he can find no issue. After a lot of back and forth on email, I received a quote on a lease for a Silverado 1500. It was higher than I wanted, which was communicated. Was told to come in to get the best deal (my mistake). I gave them a shot.
Upon arrival, information is confirmed, and a quote $70 a month is presented to me. No trade in, just a straight up quote. It was like my emails were never shared or understood.

After corresponding with a rep of this dealer via email I went in to drive a Traverse. When we sat to talk price I was given a quote $4000 more than listed online and on an email sent to me. When I pointed this out the sales rep stated the "MacMulkin price" includes rebates for which I don't qualify. The only disclosure on the pricing reads: Tax, title, license and dealer fees (unless itemized above) are extra. Not available with special finance or lease offers. Needless to say I walked out and will never walk back into MacMulkin.

The customer service was deplorable. I called and spoke to a Steven G on the phone about a vehicle. That same day my husband went up to see the vehicle and spoke to a Larry who gave him his "absolute lowest price" I went online and check the stock number only to see the price on the website was $2,200 less than Larrys "lowest price".
