ZERO stars for this car dealership! My husband and I have been owners of BMWs and electronic cars for years. I have NEVER written a bad review about anyone! However, I feel compelled to tell my husband’s story, so you know what you are getting into at Macmulkin. We purchased a brand new Cadillac 4 months ago. Paid cash. Two months into driving it, there was a mechanical noise when turning. While driving slowly on a side road, my husband turned the wheel, and the tire rod broke causing the wheel to not respond to steering. We are grateful he was not on the highway otherwise it could have been deadly. The car was towed to Macmulkin. It has been sitting for 30 days with no response from the dealer except that their hands are tied and are waiting for GM to investigate. No word as to when we might get an answer and what that answer will be. It is under warranty as it is a brand-new car! We would have been happy with a resolution such as, “here is a loaner Cadillac, we will investigate and either get you a new car or repair this.” We got NOTHING except a cheap loaner and unanswered questions. We are now suing under the lemon law. We would have LOVED some resolution. We got nothing. Not to mention the danger for potential buyers of this car. Just hope you are not on a highway when your brand-new car loses control of the steering without reason.

I live on Long Island New York. I had placed a factory order for a 2025 Z06 Corvette here at a local dealership. Promised me a car within 6 weeks. They straddled me along for 4 months , one poor excuse after another about why the car hasnt been delivered. When I finally had enough, I had to fight for them to return my deposit . I have heard of Mac Mulkin but was skeptical of buying an expensive car from a dealership 250 miles away. Turns out, it was the best move I could have made. I cant say enough of how efficient dealing with the Corvette sales team was. They were actually moving faster than I could keep up. They had so many in stock to choose from. They had the exact one I wanted that was just delivered from the factory less than 1 week ago. We finalized the sale on a Thursday. They delivered it to my door the very next Tuesday!!! I can only say, I have purchased several new cars over the years. This was the first that went smoothly and easily with no issues at all. What a pleasant bunch of people to work with. I only wish that they were located right here on Long Island for my nest purchase. Dealerships here should take lessons from Mac Mulkin. Quite frankly, they suck here!!!

For the first time in decades I had a wonderful purchasing experience without anyone playing the " I'll have to ask the sales manager" game. Everything promised happened as promised and in a timely manner. All of the staff I spoke with were kind, knowledgable and helpful. But most important of all, completely honest. I was apprehensive about buying a car half way across the country, but it was a very pleasant experience.

A+ experience buying my corvette at Macmulkin and A+ experience at my first service appointment there. Very happy with the car and the dealership.

Above and beyond on customer service and knowledge of product. I couldn't imagine buying a Vette from any other place. It was worth the extra effort I put in to drive from another state to get here. This is my 50th car and by far the best experience I had. Even the trade in ( which I rarely do) was done well and fairly priced.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When I had the recall (to keep the transmission from falling apart) done on my Traverse first they quoted me a week it was a total of 4 weeks before I got my truck back. After I got it back I was driving on route 93 and the drive shaft FELL OUT!!! It could have caused the truck to pogo stick and roll over at highway speeds!! Only by the grace of God were we safe. After waiting for 4 hours (which I had to pay for and then be reimbursed) for a tow did I make it back to Nashua to be told, "oops our bad" and be given the worst rental EVER. After 3 more weeks I got my truck back. No apology, No nothing. I take that back I did get something a huge ding in my door that I had to fight with them to fix. Which they used the wrong paint color and it sticks out like a sore thumb! I will NEVER USE MACMULKIN EVER AGAIN!

The dealership was a pleasure to do dealing with in Valerie. The sales person was one of the greatest experience I’ve ever had buying cars.

Working with Christian and the entire team at MacMulkin resulted in me getting exactly what I asked for without anything else being pushed on to me. As this whole transaction was done remotely, communication is key and everyone was very responsive when called upon for their part from trade in, to order, to setup, through to delivery.

My experience with MacMulkin, was PHONOMENAL. From the first time myself and my wife walked up the stairs to the Corvette showroom, we were amazed! At 72 years of age, I thought I died and went to Corvette Heaven! From the moment we entered, we were treated professionally; were not attacked by a sales rep as in most car dealerships. My life’s long dream, to own a Corvette, was finally fulfilled. It was made possible as a result of working with Christian Hanna. Right from the start, Christian was very polite, treated my wife and myself with respect, extremely knowledgeable of the product, provided recommendations; in a non-stressful environment. A very comfortable experience that seldom ever happens when working with a car dealership. However, Christian made it happen! Additionally, the follow-up, Christian provided was exceptional! From coordinating delivery of the vehicle to RI to providing an overview on operating the Vette via FaceTime! He was exceptionally patient with me (at 72 year’s old had a lot of questions, lol). Note: My wife and I, both long time RI residents, waited three months with a RI dealership for an allocation, never happened, hence, why we went to MacMulkin and are glad we did!
