Our Reviews
I had an excellent experience buying my new Corvette from MacMulkin. The salesman, Adrian, was friendly, knew his product, and was super helpful. I got exactly the car I wanted for an excellent price. They got it shipped to my house in Arizona in less than a week. Local dealerships could take some lessons from this well run business.
We had a great experience as we had a very knowledgeable sales rep to work with!
We've bought several cars from you and always have the car serviced there with excellent service
Josh at ext 216 has been outstanding. He answered all of our questions and has been awesome to deal with long distance. We live in South Carolina and he made this process very easy. The dealership is very fortunate to have him as a valued team member. We are very blessed to have Josh in our lives. Thank you all for a wonderful car experience. K Robinson
My wife and I live in Raleigh, NC and we purchased our 2025 C8 2LT Z51 in mid December 2024 from MacMulkin after searching multiple dealerships up and down the east coast. They had the best variety and exactly what I wanted without going through a full special order. I initially spoke with Victoria, who ended up being the owners wife unbeknownst to me, and she was fantastic. Treated me with great respect and guided me through the process of my out-of-state purchase. Also worked with Todd Sutherland (great information source) and Joshua Beaulieu. Intercity Lines transported my vehicle and was as professional as one would expect. All-in-all, an easy and great experience and we couldn’t be happier with our dream car that was delivered within 3 1/2 weeks from initial phone call.
Great communication and service. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. Best car buying experience I've ever had.
Great guy, bought my 1st vetted from him, great service and love the car, perhaps there is a grandsport or a zo6 in the future.
The dealership was a pleasure to deal with and the car is great too. Thank you.
A dealership provided excellent service explain the process, Waiting list, Communicator with Buyer. Also, provided website where buyer could check status on Vehicle progress through production.
Great experience all around. Steve Glockling was very informative and an all around excellent experience!
I will no longer be using this dealership as they do not care about anyone except the customers who buy corvettes.
I had an excellent buying experience from Julio at Macmulkin Chevrolet .I love my Trailblazer!
Thank you so much to the whole MacMulkin team! Great service made the process easy.
These guys are only interested in moving volume. They offer zero consultative service and the bare minimum of interaction.
I have purchased 6 cars from Mac Mulkin they are the best . Fair price and excellent customer service service
Todd L, Todd S, and Adam were outstanding. Such an easygoing process with zero pressure or typical sales tactics.
I ordered a zo6 corvette at list price, but it took two years to get from chevrolet.Once the order was recieved by chevrolet the dealership kept me up to date.
Fantastic car buying experience! From my first contact through the delivery process, MacMulkin provided a level of service not often seen in the auto industry. I can say without hesitation, it's MacMulkin's people that make the difference. My main sales contact throughout was Adam Morin. Adam did an exceptional job answering my many questions and walking me through the process from beginning to end. At one point, Adam became quite ill however, he was still texting me throughout his recovery! Thankfully, Adam is well now, but during his time off, his Sales Managers Josh Beaulieu, Mark Makarewicz and Shane Malone all stepped in for Adam to assist him and help me seamlessly through the the process. Additionally, MacMulkin's Finance Director, Todd Sutherland was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well. I LOVE my new Corvette and I can clearly see why MacMulkin sells more Corvettes than any dealer in the world. It's not luck, they do it right! I don't live anywhere near Nashua, NH but, I'm thrilled that I chose MacMulkin and I look forward to calling them once again when I'm ready for my next Vette! What a great team they have at MacMulkin!!
My first online purchase of a vehicle was great! Victoria made the process a breeze! MM is the best dealership experience I have ever had. They were no games, hidden fees or last minute surprises. Best pricing in the nation as well. Very happy with my purchase from MacMulkin Chevrolet Cadillac. 5 Stars!
Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was able to do all the paperwork online and I got an awesome deal. Very happy with Julio and Drew at MacMulkin Cadillac. The Lyriq is great so far!
Service Department needs HELP. They were great now below terrible. Excuses excuses excuses is all you get. Took 7 days for them to even look at the car and I had to keep checking in to see what was going wrong on. We have been buying cars from MacMulkin for 15 years and the service depart was awesome they had Cadillac loaner cars and now IF you get one it’s a cheap Chevy. Cadillac should come with stands when it comes to service but no longer at Macmulkin
There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Julio Fernandez was our sales representative. He was very professional, courteous and easy to work with.
If I could give a zero star review here I would. Stay FAR AWAY from this dealer when shopping for a vehicle! My transmission failed in my Silverado truck I bought for my business. The truck was under warranty and I had to have my truck towed 200 miles back to their shop. I asked for a loaner vehicle, "Definitely not" was their response. I have no idea why such a response instead of a simple "sorry we can't". I asked for help with partial rental reimbursement, same response. I asked for partial towing reimbursement, same response. I was told 3-4 weeks to get my truck back. After the 3 week mark passed I started calling them. I was told they haven't looked at it yet because their only tech who does this work is gone for training and to call back a week later, which I did. I was once again told the tech was in training. I said "again?" they said yes and to call back a week later, which I did. Guess where the tech was? You got it, training! I told them that excuse was getting lame. Oddly enough that was the last time I heard that excuse. Excuses from there on out were all different but the end result was the same. I called the guy I bought the truck from hoping he would help me, his response "want to buy a new truck?" - duh! That was dumb of me to think he would help! I arrive unannounced at the dealer to find my dusty, dirty truck sitting there unlocked. Guess locking it wasn't important either. After days of researching and making calls and sending emails to anyone I hoped might help I was told by an employee there that the only way to make this shop do anything was to report them to GM, so I did that. A few days later I get a call from their shop, they are working on the truck... I could tell the guy was not pleased with me but he said maybe a week or so before its done. Great! Wait, not so fast! TWO weeks later its done, for a total of TWO MONTHS! That's a long time for a new business to be shut down! I arrive to get the truck and the service advisor saw me coming and left the room. I asked the other guy who was there where to get my keys and he just points to a counter. I go to the counter and they ask my name, immediately another woman turns in her chair and I get a nasty look. The other lady hands my the keys and the paperwork, says nothing, closes the glass window. I have no clue about what was done, if there is a break-in period, nothing. I walked out to go looking for my truck in the parking lot. I found it and it was unlocked again. This time my dash cam is gone, wire ripped out of the dash, and I find a candy bar wrapper in my console. I start the truck only to find there is as close to no gas in it as you can imagine. I wasn't even sure I would make it the 1/4 mile to the gas station! I pump almost 25 gallons of gas in my 24 gallon tank and head out finally! I worked with GM for a few weeks afterwards and found out all they had to do was submit towing and rental receipts to GM and they would have covered it! Good news is that GM did what this company should have done but failed. I spent $6,000 in rental fees and towing, GM reimbursed a couple thousand dollars of that. Good luck to anyone who buys a vehicle here! As far as my business goes... I am now in the market for company owned vehicles for my employees to drive. Guess where I WON'T be buying these vehicles??
Basically made the purchase online and picked up the next day. Didn't like the docusign since it was all or nothing so I waited until the next day to sign. No issues.
I love my new 2024 Corvette. It truly is a dream come true, and the dealership played a significant role in making this dream a reality. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of their service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a flawless car-buying experience.
